You ever have one of those dreams where an escaped mental patient shows up at a boy band concert and initiates a dance-off with the boys, laser-cinerating them one by one until he alone remains? And then he explo-resurrects them and they perform until a giant alien black-guy-head shows up and beams the ever-loving snot out of everyone and everything until there is only death?
Yeah, this video is kind of like that.
Anyway, Hot Chip were formed in 200, in London, England, UK, Earth. I have to say, one of the understated things I love about this video is how the actual band members only show up near the end as the only guys in the audience, only to get lasered to bits. That is a true geek cameo.
